Experience, training and a stable workforce, are the keys to a successful engine and aircraft maintenance operation and Jade Air hits all the right buttons in all three areas. The total company service of our staff comes to nearly two hundred years, the average is over ten years and our five senior managers have all been with the company for between ten and twenty years.

Except for external courses in certain specialised processes we train all own staff and with two father and son and one husband and wife combination on staff, knowledge is very definitely kept "in the family" in the literal as well as the figurative sense.

Long term relationships are also a feature of our work for customers. We have contracts that have been in place for period of up to13 yrs with large Flying schools, major Helicopter operators, and Scheduled service airlines, all of whom appreciate the full scale service offered by Jade Air in a highly competitive industry. These aviation professionals form experience that the cheapest engine is not the one that costs the least to overhaul or repair but the one that provides the lowest cost per hour of flight or month of ownership.

With the best warranties in the world for our class of engines, Jade Air aims above all else to provide the customer with reliability and service.
